Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any product in its original unopened condition, or any product you are not satisfied with. We will issue a full product refund after we receive returned product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.Please be sure to wrap and pack each bottle carefully so they're not damaged in transit. To assure proper processing of your refund or credit for returned products, refer to the order number and write the reason for your return on the back of the original packing slip. For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipments. Shipping costs on all returns are the responsibility of the customer. Make sure to email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Email us at admin@MyDiscountEverything.com for your Return Authorization Numbers, RA#.
2. Wrap the items securely in the original packaging or the equivalent. Be sure to affix the RA# to the outside of the package.
3. Use the carrier of your choice to return the package(s) to the address you are instructed.
* REMINDER: BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM, PLEASE EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. MAKE SURE TO AFFIX THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. ITEMS RETURNED OPENED OR DAMAGED, WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER THE RA# WAS ISSUED MAY BE REFUSED OR INCUR ADDTIONAL 20% SERVICE FEE.
